Trees are the center of my work. In cooperation with them, shapes are growing which otherwise wouldn't exist. Small pieces are finished in one season, others will never be "finished". Using a diverse choice of species, the artworks can be freely designed.
Every Art has its specialty.
...The Trees
"Some people don't see the tree for the forest!"
Surrounded by diverse landscapes, located in the Leine-valley of the Eichsfeld in central Germany. An Artwork itself, especially the composition and relation of the pieces to other elements of the design matters to me. As there are ornamental- and other crop-plants part of the terrain.
Whilst a lot is growing "wild", a harmonic something is slowly developing itself.

As i first saw a naturally grafted tree in shape of a trapeze bar in the age of 9, no one believed me. Years later i learned during my studies, what trees are able to perform & I began getting deeper into the art of treeshaping.
